I haven't weighed in lately because I didn't think I was making any progress. Working 12 hour nights doesn't leave much room for exercising. However, this morning I was under 200 again and I have my skinny-fat-boy jeans on (making progress) in stead of my fat-fat-boy jeans. The fat-fat-boy jeans are looking very ratty, but I refuse to buy any more 36" jeans. I have a stack of 34" waist Levis that I haven't worn in many years. That is my ultimate goal. I probably need to get down to 185 to attain that. I am reading an ebook on how to overcome addiction, procrastination and laziness. Motivation here I come!
