Well i woke up this am and was 176.5, so i am happy about that. The flu was going around at the childrens hospital that i work at and i ended up calling out last night because i felt so bad, but through it all i did not cheat. The one thing i miss being on this detox plan is that i like my Crystal Light and that is not allowed on the first week so i will grin and bear that!! I went to bed super early last night so hear it is 3:52am and i am wide awake. If it gets warm enough i will go running on these days off. I hope that everyone is doing well. I feel pretty good. I changed diets cause i was making my metabolism weaken by eating so less of calories and i feel ok now. Well i will write more later Love Yall- Amber
