Sometimes I wonder why I'm on here. First of all I don't take advantage of all the tools that are available, and second of all I don't usually have any replies to anything I put on here........I'm not saying that is anyone elses fault but my own! The reaon this is is because I'm not on here enough, and don't leave enough feedback to my FS buddies either. Sorry about that, I should be more supportive. I think I need a new plan......or at least find a way to start this one back up! Any idea????
72.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Baby steps girl, that is what the whole process is!! LIFE, always has a way of messing up our "ME" time. Commit to something small to start if that is all you can do. Example weighing in do it once a week and leave a journal enrty that states see you next week. At least that is a start! HOWEVER if your serious about the losing, the food log is a major key in losing!! It's so easy to consume food and not realize your calorie intake!! Since Jan this year I am down almost 50 lbs, but I am 100% committed (also with much much more to lose)! So yes some of it is you, but how bad do you want it?? Come on girl, be honest!! You can do it, you just have to out yourself first and give yourself reasonable small starting goals that you can commit to and achieve! Then you will be successful! Stay positive and you've got this OK!! NOW I know you must carry a device of some sort, any chance you have a wifi connection or a data plan, cuz FS also has a great App that can be used to help aid you while your not in front of a computer... and Hi by the way, I'm Jenn, and I am always around to help kick some butt! Thanks so much, and I would love to add you to my buddies! I am an old duck at this....at one time in my life I weighed 250 pounds, and although I am currently staying around 160, I want MORE!! I have started slacking on my workouts, not watching my diet and all that good stuff!! I just can't figure out why i am having such a hard time getting that motivation back! I have been between 153 and 169 back and forth for the last 4 years! AND i'm not giving up!!!!! It will be great to have your support too! You can count me in!!! Talk to you later!
