after a few weeks of feelimg like a shift wasnt being made, I finally seen one this morning. in saying this, i have still been eating relatively healthy however my watrr intake had not been as great as usual, my food intake had been a bit crazy due to being away and events but i did do my best to substitute and portion control. it is motivating to know im onlu 3.2kgs away from being in double digits. i know you should let the scales define you, and im not- however as soon as i hit the double digits I know im the same weight I was when I was 18. 20 years ago! i thought i was big then, but looking back at photos of me now I know i wasnt.... still have a massove journey ahead, but I am over half way now. increase in water, meals so my metabolism is happy and excercise. i havw been running, doing squats and cardio, yoga, skipping, walking and weights mostly 3-4 days a week.
102.2 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
