:-) I love Atkins. I know it's mostly water weight on the first few days, but being down 3.4 pounds in one day JUST FEELS GOOD!!
98.2 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
