Had a big social outing yesterday with a bunch of friends. I knew there were going to be temptations so I ate a big salad before. Brought healthy kashi almond flax bars along and did not touch a single beer or soda.

I don't look at it as deprivation anymore. I get up every morning and I look in the mirror and I realize that being fit and healthy tastes way better than any junk food.
84.9 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
