You can always choose healthier options, Nandos instead of KFC. Lindt dark chocolate instead of Cardbury. Chips - try making your own or try rice cakes... Lol, i sound like my mom, everytime i tell her "IM HUNGRY", she would suggest Apples. but you head is not on the the healthy road. Nothing wrong with starting over, and try new ideas.
