Yay! Some more weight off. Not sure what is now working to helo me lose. More water? Regular meals? Fruit snacks? I'm generally eating between 1800 & 2000 calories per day.
111.1 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 36.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
