I think I have been establishing a pattern of weight loss. it maybe a half a pound a day but who cares, it looks good to me!

The next time I weigh in I plan on being under 180!
82.4 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
