Was not doing very well following the plan...eating lots of Ralf's food but not a lot of cheats. Went back to Victoza started 1.2 ml for 2 days got rotton egg burps and nausea. Had 9 ml but hunger totally gone almost have to force food down.
New plan: stay on victoza for 1 month and really don't cheat then go off for a month and try to maintain, no sugar
2 eggs for breakfast, salad and yogurt for school, healthy dinner with fruit/yogurt for sweets
