looks like I am back to losing again. thank God. 201 now. I can not wait to get under the 200 again! And never to return.

91.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg. Still to go: 29.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I said the same thing girl!! I have vowed to never get above 200 again!! EVER!! Feels great to drop that number 2!!

It should only take a few more days to break though that psychological barrier. After that the sky (floor?) is the limit. Good luck CIDKO!
