I have been walking every single day for the last month and a half, 3 miles and I have not lost a pound I will admit that I have not gained thankfully but I am getting frustrated with MyQuest to lose weight. If anyone has any suggestions please suggest!
109.8 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
