The weekends are tough. I tend to fail because I don't plan. Usually, I'm with my family, working on client presentations or catching up on chores. I end up "undereating" because I'm either running around or I'm deeply absorbed in a highly-stressful task. This is something I'm going to actively work on in the next month. I follow a fairly restrictive diet (allergic to dairy and wheat). But I also have IBS and other digestive problems, so it's not always easy finding a healthy snack outside of the home.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week

Looks like your doing great, preplanning and journaling I find helpful. Good luck keep up the great work!

I do the same thing. Maybe set a reminder to eat in your phone? I have anemia, so when my fingers go numb - it makes me realize that I have gone too long without eating. Can you keep some carrots in little ziplocks, for emergencies?

At Peasy3, that's a good idea. I have to make a more conscious effort to take care of myself. My job is extremely demanding. I work full-time from home and watch my son half the day (1/2 day preschool). It's challenging finding a moment to breathe at times.
