It is amazing what you can accomplish by writing everything down and "NOT CHEATING". you can't be good 6 days and bad 4... the math just doesn't work!

Setting goals is big.

I set a goal seven days ago that I would average 3 miles a day for 21 miles a week. Walking or Running. So far i am at 33.8!!!
87.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
