I was thrilled to see I broke the 150 mark today! Valentine's Day is past and so is the chocolate. But my husband went to Sams and bought croissants. He is bad. My lunch today was high in fat, but I tried to keep the portions small. I like the 8/16 fasting diet. It causes me to eat at specific times of day, 12:00 PM and before 8:00 PM, with no snacking in between. In between 8 and 12, I cannot eat, but I can drink low-calorie drinks. I really don't get hungry until close to my eating time. I don't eat breakfast, but I was never a real breakfast person, to begin with.
67.9 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
