I got a little carried away with the butter on my toast this afternoon.The next time, I should measure it out ahead of time rather than taking the container to the table. The whole wheat toast and quince were good choices. The weight is coming off slowly. I hope it continues to.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
