I have some clue that I need to lose weight, but I havn't been really serious lately with the exercising. For me that's all it will take is adding a daily 30 minute routine to get the heart going to lose this weight and yet I still haven't done a full week yet. Today is Monday; let's see when I get home if I'll stay committed to work out and not just sit on the couch and watch tv![/color]
113.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 32.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
