No weight change again. I had a bad week this week-nothing happened but I felt really low. I'm all about loving my body and practicing self-love. I struggled with that this week and felt insecure. I'm working through it and didn't sabotage my plan because of it. 2018 is the year of growth 😥💪💪💪💪💪
