It is easy to lost 5kg in the first month. Then, it took another 2 months to lost 2 kg. After a few months, my scale figure isn't moving. 62 kg. Almost giving up. But i can do plank, squats, and etc, feeling great when exercising. I just continue to eat healthy and workout. Not thinking much about losing weight anymore. Yesterday, when i tried size L jacket and it fit me well, i measured my chest and i lost 2 inches. Now, i can wear one smaller size cloth. So, scale figure isn't everything when you're in weight loss journey. Do not exercise because you want to lose weight, exercise because you want a healthy lifestyle.😊
