No idea why or how I've put on so much over a week. Over a kg? wonder if it had anything to do with the heatstroke I had on Saturday? I've cheated a little, but I've stuck to my calorie intake on the whole.
113.7 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 38.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
