Today is day four on diet. I am very proud of myself I have not strayed at all. I did Tae-Bo today and felt great. I think the flu bug has passed me by. Today is banana and skim milk day so I made a pretend shake with the milk , banana and ice and it actually is really good. I lost almost a pound.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 23.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
