Oops! Evidently I gained more than a pound. I had Chebe rolls, a croissant and sweet potato fries yesterday morning plus açaí sorbet. I hope to cut out croissants and fries today.
48.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
