so I'm down 8 inches and 7lbs since Jan 2nd. ankle has been achy sore but bearable when I work out, I have made a essential oil rub of wintergreen, peppermint and coconut oil to sooth it and it's been working.. I AM going to get back down to where I was and then I AM going to hit my goal!
