Had a rubbish weekend - ate the wrong foods, didn't exercise- yet the scale went down - cosmic payback for all the times I did everything right and it went up?
67.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
