到了晚上原本肚子完全不會餓,還挺飽的,所以吃了半碗冬粉加一些料,吃完很有罪惡感的覺得吃太飽了,結果洗完澡馬上就餓了😂畢竟是冬粉嘛~所以以後即使晚餐時間不會餓我還是會吃,不然書根本讀不下去哈哈,早上量沒增加真是萬幸~
