I have gone downhill on the whole diet thing. I am at my highest weight EVER. Lord, help me get a handle on this.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I know it is difficult but try to think positive and make small changes - one at a time. Baby steps work!!!

Just "start again" - that's what it's all about. Keep 'starting again.' Remind yourself why you want this. Visualize how you will feel when you are healthy and have the energy you want. You can do this. You will do this. You're here - you ARE doing this.
