I am up since my weigh last time. I am out of state and staying with my husband, daughter, and mother-in-law. Expected my weight to be higher with the trip. Will get back to eating the right things on Wednesday.
I am not discouraged though! Looking at Jan 1, 2017 I was 151.0 and now I am 143.7. I lost 7.8 pounds in this last year!!
My goal for 2018 is to eat nutritious meals and snacks; eat less items with sugar and salt; exercise more where I am really working up a sweat to burn fat; drink more water - all for my HEALTH. The side benefit will be losing weight and fat with building muscle.
