It's the end of week two. My waist has shrunk by exactly two inches (as promised) and I'm thrilled about the numbers on the scale! Let's see if I can keep this up.

64.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg. Still to go: 10.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
