Takıldım kaldım😔 bugün pilates dersine başlıyorum. Bakalim nasil farkedecek.

Beden olarak 2 beden küçüldüm canim. Ama 3 haftadir tarti oynamiyor. Pilates ve yag yakici egzersiz icin oglen ders almaya başlayacagim. En azindan 70 i gorebilsem🤭
