Looks like a good week for weight loss. Wife has a baby shower this weekend. Cheat day is getting moved to Saturday. It will be low impact this week, I dont have much need for it.
The natives are getting restless in good ol' Bahrain again. Making fake bombs and causing traffic chaos where possible. I live near work, so I dont see much of it. The cops are out in force today for sure.
Yesterday went good, had Sushi for lunch, and got a smaller portion than usual. Still so yummy! That and the edemame, delicious. I also did a lot of walking yesterday in the course of work and personal business, and a lot of stairs!
Went home after work and did some work on my bike, and then took a bike ride. I adjusted my seat, now my hands dont hurt, but my legs hurt a lot. It's like I built up all the muscles riding for a few weeks/months, and moved my seat and it's a whole new set of muscles. Protip: Set your seat right before you start a bike regiment. lol
Had chicken and broccoli for dinner. It was low calorie. With the nuts and snack I had I went over RDI though, damn.
My foot still hurts sometimes in the Achilles area. Hard to believe sometimes I was in a boot/cast until the middle of February. It's getting better, and the bike is rebuilding the calf atrophy that occurred.
