This isn't my official weigh in day, but I'm down another pound so I'm logging it in. Yea! I have been following the plan well, although I have been having a few squares of dark chocolate a day when I could be having an apple or something like that instead. I will be working out today and tomorrow, so I am hoping to see the scale go under 150 by next week. There's the Superbowl of course this week with unhealthy foods, so I guess that will be my cheat meal of the week but I still need to watch it. I realize those huge amounts of calories in with all the snacks, can add up to a pound in itself that I will then have to work off, in addition to the other pounds I already have. I never really thought of it that way when I would have one night of eating what I wanted.
Following the Abs plan has been the easiest plan for me to follow so far and I feel I am eating just healthfully. I am also not chugging down the smoothies at night like I was b/c there are still calories in them. I am skipping a nighttime snack if possible, or eating something lighter and that seems to be working better for me. I am going to try to take the book's advice more and try to get a smoothie in before working out as it can promote more lean muscle.
