It's so frustrating when the scale goes up, quite drastically, even though I'm sticking within RDI and doing the exercise.

We celebrated a birthday last night and I had the tiniest sliver of cake, within RDI, but I just feel so heavy this morning. I'm trying to think what I had yesterday that would make me feel so much heavier but dinner was salad and grilled halloumi cheese, not exactly 'weigh you down' kind of food.

All I can do is be careful today, get my exercise and hope for an equally large drop tomorrow - it must be salt or water or maybe even stress - can stress do that?
58.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
