Up a bit from cheat day. 227.00
Yesterday was great though. Made steak, baked potatoes, and broccoli for dinner. It was much like I cooked back in the old days, and it was great. Kid's appreciated it along with wifey. She really enjoyed her special day.
The best part was the carrot cake I made with home made cream cheese icing. It came out superb! We enjoyed a few big slices, and froze a big piece for the future. We gave away some for our friends so there is none hanging around here tempting us today! I substituted apple sauce for half the required oil in the cake, and it came out fine.
So I logged everything, and came in around ~ 3000 something calories. Sounds good to me, and a little over double my RDI. It was not much more than I do any other day when I typically dont log cheat days.
After all that wife and I took a 45 minute bike ride around sundown. It was 97 degrees when I came back. That was the 2nd bike ride of the day for me, and almost put me at 2 hours of bike riding. I feel all sore today, and muscular. I have a good feeling about the upcoming week.
I took two final exams today, got a 90 and a 91 respectively. Sad part is that they exams say you need a 95 to pass. I am not going to retake them, because even if averaged high and low score I can only obtain a 95. It is not worth the effort for the additional points.
Alright, I have stuff to do.
