Up a bit from yesterday, only .2 lbs.
I did a 40 min bike ride yesterday, and my dinner was bigger than I like too. Probably lots of sodium throughout the day. It was not too bad. I aint worried about it. Its just another day in this up and down journey, and that is pretty much the story of life.
Yesterday I was helping the wife with the ins and outs of logging foods, and it was nice.
Work has slowed down, not fully, but at least it is fun again. I am working on stuff I like, and not being reactive.
This weekend (starts Fri for me) I have plans for my cheat day. A nice carrot cake, with real cream cheese frosting that I make. Mmmmm. The food is secondary at this point. May take the wife out for an early Mother's Day dinner. Sunday is a full blown workday here (and it is not my cheat day).
