I had a very very bad eating day yesterday , so bad that I felt sooooo sick the evening I didn't binge but the stuff that i ate was very high carb and full of sugar , unhealthy empty calories it was very nice when i had it but later OMW. I really don't like feeling that way. So yesterday at the confirmation party everyone had something to say about what i was eating , not like there was any healthy options , so i smiled and answered very calmly , why is everyone focused on what i eat , last time when i checked I was the only one including my husband that could eat this treats, only active people at this party, I'm so sorry I don't want to sound rude but maybe you need to check your own plate and body. and SMILE
