I eat Quaker oats strawberry oatmeal and dice up 4 strawberries on top. so far it is the only food i have found that fills me up for only 150 calories!

I'm trying to lose 35 lbs for my daughter's wedding October 2018. So far I have lost 7 lbs with diet and stationary bike but any suggestions or recipes woukd be great!!!!
