39.6% fat. My first loss this time around. I'm not supposed to be weighing today, but I couldn't help it. I try to only weigh on Mondays. Not a huge loss, but I'll take it, I'm excited about it!
76.8 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
