Feeling awesome and so much lighter! Focus on eating and then continue adding cardio workout for 1 hour daily! Yes, I can do it!
58.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
