people asked me when will i stop diet?i said i don't know.i will keep diet when i think i become fat ..i put my weight limit.if my weight become more than 48kg,then i think i'm a fat women.and it's very near with 50kg..i am so scare with the number '5'!!..i must and should keep my weight under number '5'..i mean 50kg below...i just wanna look great in any dress and outfit i like..by the way my height is 160cm/5'3"..my secret is keep pushing ur self when u start think that u can't do it..i do exercise every day..atleast running on treadmill for 30minutes.and whenever i start with speed 10mph,for the 1 minute,its fine for me.im ok..then get in to 2minutes,i start tired,but i keep pushing my self.motivate myself that i can do it..then 3minutes done for speed 10mph.i tell u guys,isn't easy!!!almost dying!can't breath.i can push the stop button if i want to,or maybe i can reduce the speed,but i choose to challenge myself and keep going!
