Ok people are starting to tell me I am getting to skinny. Especially the ones that have not seen me in a while. There just use to the 330 pound Heavyweight I guess. It's honestly not what I want to hear form folks kinda annoying. But I'm not complaining took me a lot of work to get that comment. lol. I feel like I have about another 10 15 to go, last couple of inches and for abdominal showing. Then the rest of this year it's about getting as big and as lean as possible. I would like to bulk up to a solid lean 225 maybe by the winter.

Oh yeah I tried a Countor Ab Belt for the first time this weekend and It shocked the crap out of me. That thing is so powerful I was sold after the first try. I seen the commercial on late night TV and always thought it was BS. I'm buying the cheaper version the flex belt soon. Very convinced had my abs flexing with out no control what so ever pretty cool.

Well going from 330 lbs to 209 is a big difference so I wouldn't pay attention to those saying you're getting too skinny.
