Sad day. 😔 I haven't been tracking food at all. I see it I eat it. I knew the scale would go up though. Can't blame anyone but myself. Hopefully I can make my way in the right direction again. Just need to remember why I started.
98.0 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
