I have no idea how to get started again. It was much easier the first time! I have run into several medical issues, one being chronic migraines, that put me out for days! The first sets of medication they put me on made me gain so much weight...I am so lost how to get back, especially since there are weeks when I cant workout because of them.

Maybe just don't work out at first; many people don't start exercise until they've lost some weight and feel more comfortable. --- Migraines, join the club; is that what the problematic meds are for?
