Fasting time so far 35 hrs feeling good after workout. Going for at least 40 hrs on water only fast.

I took it easy on workout. Left foot felt sore until middle of workout.

93.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
