Getting pretty close to the 200's, that's good motivation! :) Looking forward to crossing that line soon.

Life has been pretty hectic so haven't been exercising as much as I should be... aiming to bump up the exercise and drink more water this week!

I've been sticking to low fat and low carb for the most part.

137.4 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 64.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
