Ran a dritri 52.37 min total and 3.1 mile run in 30 min. My very first mock triathlon.
1 week in on carnivore diet. Got a little chest cough after run.
96.7 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
