today I weighed in first thing in the morning, no clothes and had been to the loo. Considering I feel like I am eating sooooo much, im happy to see the scales going down and seeing a healthier version of me. bring it on!
119.3 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 37.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
