No more weigh-ins for me, I'm having a break from my scale as I can't let a number determines the way i feel due to a kg or 2 away from a goal weight, I gave my self.
So my next goals will be the following 17Sep 2017 cycling race - 91km - done time 3:02 23Sep 2017 - 5 km park run 24 Sep 2017 - cycling practice 25 Sep 2017 - 7 km Trail run 08 Oct 2017- 10 fun run 22-Oct 2017 - 109km cycling race
This is only my weekend goals so far for the month of Sep and October, as I exercise 3-5 times a week ) aerobic , HiTT, Bootcamp , step classes as well
