OMG I've lost 21 pounds! I told my husband when I got down to 230 I was probably going to cry (tears of joy) but I haven't yet.

104.3 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg. Still to go: 31.8 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 3.5 kg a Week
