2 weeks out from the contest, drained and exhausted. Only stimulants are keeping me alive
Diet around: 2500kcal on medium carb day
2200kcal on low carb day
800-850kcal burned on a daily basis by doing cardio.
81.3 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.5 kg a Week

If I had muscles like that I'd have eat 10K kcal; muscle raises metabolism, no?. Nice work though! What stimulants are you using?
