I'm so excited! I just figured out how to get my new weight recorded. I didn't have my number lock on! Before Thanksgiving I was 231lbs. Now I am 207lbs. I have lost a total of 25 pounds. That's half of what I need to lose. I'm half way there.
93.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
